WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Orders payed and approved by 2:00p PST on the date specified on the invoice will be shipped the following business day. Please note that Pillows, Hop-Up’s, as well as large-quantity orders may require longer production times. Problems such as artwork resolution, delays in communication from the client may result in production delays.

WILL I SEE A PROOF PRIOR TO PRODUCTION/SHIPPING?

Absolutely! A key feature in our process is you being COMPLETELY aware of exactly what you will be receiving before production begins. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and integral to our ability to produce the finest products available.

IS ASSEMBLY DIFFICULT?

No! Where necessary, assembly instructions will be provided. Retractable Banners, as well as Hop-Up’s arrive fully-assembled.

IS PRODUCTION DONE IN-HOUSE?

Yes! We print all of our products in one location.Cutting corners is just not something we do. We aren’t middlemen for a larger company. Retractable Banners Direct is staffed by professionals, from designers to fabricators. Each step of production is dealt with hands-on under a critical eye.

VINYL OR FABRIC? I’M NOT SURE WHICH TO CHOOSE.

Both materials have their uses! Vinyl material is durable, but depending on the amount of ink coverage, it can become reflective. In that case, fabric is highly recommended. Fabric has a matte finish, and photographs beautifully.

In printing our fabric products, the ink is permanently bonded with the material, creating a piece that can be reused again and again, and washed like any normal item of clothing. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards are accepted. Payment by check and PayPal® are options, too! Please be aware that each order is custom, and payment—regardless of the form—must be tendered BEFORE moving forward into production.

IS SALES TAX ASSESSED?

Only orders delivered within the state of California are subject to local taxes, which are calculated automatically based on the delivery address.
